I'm one of the few, the proud - the native-born Californians. Fourth-generation, even, at least on my paternal side. I'm originally from San Francisco, and long to move back, but I'm currently passing time in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. I have an undergraduate degree in history, and a master's in library and information science. I have that odd combination of very brown hair and very blue eyes. I'm not very tall. I am equally at home in both the Marina and in the Mission. A foggy day is probably my favorite thing ever, except maybe for puppies and kittens. There are plenty of things in this world that I will "just say NO" to. A good burrito, however, is not one of them - as long as it doesn't contain tomatoes or onions.
